We use a handful of industry-leading malware tools to check for the existence of malware on your website. Due to the nature of the definition of “malware”, our detection mechanisms cannot be 100% accurate. This means the potential exists for malware to exist on your website and our scans did not detect it, as well as the inverse, where our scans detect malware but you may not consider it to be malware. Pass: Our scanners did not detect the presence of malware on your website. Warn: Your website may potentially have malware but we couldn’t determine for certain it is malware. Fail: Your website likely has malware presenct as definined by our malware scanners.

What Are Internal Links?arrow

Internal links are the number unique links you have across your website that link to your website. This number is the same as the total number of webpages you have on your website.

What Are Broken Links?arrow

This is the number of broken links you have on your website. This numebr includes both internal and external links. Towards the bottom of the page below this summary you will see the indivual broken links listed along with each page of your website where they were found.

What Are External Links?arrow

External links are the number of unique links you have across your website that link out of your website. This number is the same as the total number of webpages you link to from your website.

How Are Spelling Issues Determined?arrow

Spelling issues are the number of potential spelling mistakes you have on your website. We check your website against known standard dictionaries. If you have industry specific language (ie medical language) or jardon it may show up as a potential misspelled word even though you don’t consider it to be misspelled.

What Are Missing Images?arrow

This is the number of missing images (aka broken image links) you have on your website. Towards the bottom of the page below this summary you will see the indivual missing images listed along with each page of your website where they were found.

What Is Uptime Monitoring?arrow

We continually monitor your website and alert you within minutes of going offline. We alert via email and optionally SMS. If you don’t know what to do in the event of an alert, it’s recommended you call either your webmaster or web host as soon as possible so they can address the issue and get your website back up.

I Signed Up For My Trial And Don’t Know How To Get The Complete Health Scan Results. Can You Help?arrow

On the signup confirmation page 2 things are mentioned: (1) Reports can take up to an hour to be generated and (2) Reports are sent via email. You can click through from the email report to a more detailed report on our website. If it’s been more than an hour and you haven’t received your report, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Do You Have An Agency Plan Where I Can Register Multiple Websites?arrow

Currently we do not offer an agency or master account. If you would like to signup with more than one website you will have to sign them up as separate accounts. If you have 5 or more websites you would like to register, please contact us with the plan you are interested in along with the number of websites and we may be able to provide a bulk discount.

How Do I Unsubscribe From Communications?arrow

If you would like to unsubscribe from all communications from our company and its affiliates/marketing partners, please send an email to “unsubscribe@” our domain name. The “from” email must match the domain of the website you would like to remove. Please allow up to 72 hrs for the removal to be completed. ALso note, this is for unsubscribing to any non-transactional emails. If you currently are subscribed to one of our plans we will continue to send your reports until you cancel your plan.

How Do I Cancel My Subscription?arrow

To end your subscription to either a free trial or an established plan, please click on “My Account” in the upper corner of our website. From there you will be prompted to login if you aren’t already. Once logged in you will be directed to your account page. If you click on the “Cancel” link you can cancel your plan.
